Follow the instructions below on how to get your WordPress SFTP credentials.
Step 1. Log in to your Account Manager.
Step 2. Click on WordPress category.
Step 3. Click on the drop-down arrow of the WordPress site where you want to get the SFTP credentials.
Step 4. Click “Production” tab.
Step 5. Under SSH/SFTP make sure the Access is Enabled. Copy the Hostname, Port and SSH/SFTP Username.
Step 6. To view the password, click Show.
Step 7. Copy the password.
